- Health Literacy Curriculum - This site has health literacy lessons that were developed by different staff at the El Paso Community College/Community Education Program (EPCC/CEP). All the lessons were developed using the EPCC/CEP five-step model of adult education. This site includes lessons on a range of health issues for young and older audiences, ideas for collaborating with health care organizations, and links to other online health literacy resources.
